Tensions escalated when men, believed to be security aides, intervened, prompting her brother, Sammy, to confront them. He later defended his actions on Instagram, insisting that “where there’s smoke, there’s fire.”

The situation intensified as fans recalled an old video of Nwoko joking about their relationship, which sparked mixed reactions on social media. Actress Angela Okorie, previously feuding with Daniels, questioned why she was tagged in the drama.
